Tracking and emergency information

The software integrates an advanced automatic recognition function implemented through the generation of a unique QR code associated with each person managed in the software.

At any time, by framing the QR code with a smartphone, it is possible to view the person's name, identification photo and any emergency information.

The data displayed via smartphone cannot be modified in order to avoid counterfeiting.

This function can be useful in several cases:

• Anti-forward check to verify that the person wearing the card is actually the one who bears on it
• Emergency information useful in case of first aid
• Company inspection

Filters and exports

In the main screen it is always possible to apply filters in view and export all data in Excel format for further processing.

Deadline management

In a very simple and fast way you can enter different types of deadlines by activating email notifications to be warned in time.

By applying filters and being able to export the lists in Excel, you always have total control of the situation.

To facilitate insertion, it is always possible to add multiple deadlines by selecting several workers at a time.
